Béatrice Bihr, Executive Vice-President Group General Counsel
Béatrice Bihr has joined Pluxee in 2023 as EVP Group General Counsel in charge of ESG, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Public Affairs and Data Protection.
Béatrice began her career as an attorney admitted to the Paris and the New York bar specialized in M&A working for international law firms for nearly 10 years. Béatrice then served as General Counsel in complex and highly regulated environments. Her last positions were EVP at Servier pharmaceuticals and at the world leading shipping and logistics company CMA CGM.
Through these multidisciplinary and international experiences, she became adept at navigating the transformation of global organisations while managing large, diverse teams. She will help ensuring Pluxee’s functional autonomy on solid foundations for the 2024 spinoff and ensuring Pluxee reaches its ESG commitments.
Since 2015, Béatrice has also served as Board Member of the Cercle Montesquieu, a professional organisation of General Counsels. Her activities within the Cercle include founding a committee to highlight women and gender parity in this profession.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC Business School, Beatrice also holds a postgraduate degree from the Sorbonne University and an LLM from the University of Chicago. She speaks French, German and English.
