Maintain >99% of employees trained in responsible business conduct (RBC) by Fiscal 2026. ⁽¹⁾ 

As a trusted partner, we engage  stakeholders in our value chain to develop reliable technology and manage data responsibly, as well as ensuring the highest standards of business ethics and compliance.

As of Fiscal 2024, 99.6% of employees have received RBC training.

Local Communities

Achieve €8bn of Business volume reimbursed benefiting small & medium merchants by Fiscal 2026.

We contribute to the development of local communities by generating value for small and medium-sized merchants on our network. Moreover, through partnerships for community outreach with the Stop Hunger Foundation we participate in the empowerment of women and young people.

As of Fiscal 2024, €6.2bn of business volume benefited SME merchants.
 

Environment

Achieve 100% of renewable electricity in all Pluxee offices by Fiscal 2025.⁽³⁾   

 

We are strongly committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We work to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated by our operations, and aim to achieve Net-Zero emissions objective by no later than 2035 ⁽³⁾ 

As of Fiscal 2024, 55.7% of electricity consumed in Pluxee offices was renewable.

Robust governance

Sustainability topics are addressed across our organization, and are coordinated by the
Sustainability Department, reporting to the General Counsel, a member of our Executive
Committee.

Sustainability strategy and performance are overseen by both our Board's Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, who review its integration with our strategic imperatives.

The ambition to co-build our future with our stakeholders

In November 2023, we launched a Double Materiality Assessment exercise to refine our priority topics and engage all our stakeholders in co-building our FY30 targets moving forward. 

Completion of the double materiality assessment will help us comply with the CSRD and begin reporting under the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Results of this exercise will be disclosed in our Fiscal 2025 Annual Report.

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has verified Pluxee’s net-zero science-based target by 2035⁽⁴⁾

As part of this target, Pluxee commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 65% by FY2030 from a FY2017 base year. Pluxee also commits to increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 0% in FY2017 to 100% by FY2025 and through FY2030. Pluxee further commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 90% by FY2035 from a FY2017 base year.

Since 2023 Pluxee International has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.

Circular Bronze Medal EcoVadis 2024 Top 35% sustainability rating graphic

On its first EcoVadis assessment under a new brand, Pluxee International received an overall score of 60 points out of 100, positioning above average scoring for its sector and receiving a bronze medal as part of the top 35% performers in it.

When analysed per the assessment’s four pillars (Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement) Pluxee scores 60 points in each, outperforming its sector’s average practices on environmental and sustainable procurement topics.

Pluxee continues to reinforce its strong foundations on sustainability, by creating policies addressing its environmental impact, working conditions and governance, and by certifying and reporting its environmental, social and governance practices, risks and opportunities.

Pluxee International has taken part in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). This disclosure exercise is yet another evidence of our commitment to sustainability through environmental transparency, progress evaluation, and our willingness to continue addressing climate change-related risks and opportunities present in our value chain. Results of our first CDP disclosure exercise will be available in early 2025.

(1) Active employees who are working for Pluxee at the date of calculation and are included in the headcount. Eligible employees excluding those who are on long-term health-related or parental leave, interns and temporary / casual employees.
(2)Pluxee Leadership includes the Chief Executive Officer, Pluxee's Executive Committee, the direct reports of the Pluxee Executive Committee members (excluding executive assistants) and the members of Local Leadership. Local Leadership includes the Pluxee Group's country leadership team members.
(3) Across Scope 1, 2 and 3.  
(4) The decarbonization of all our direct emissions will be prioritized and all residual emissions will be neutralized (if applicable) in line with SBTi criteria before reaching net-zero emissions. Pluxee continues to commit to not include the use of environmental attribute certificates to reduce emissions in Scope 3.
