Stéphane Lhopiteau, Group Chief Financial Officer

Stéphane Lhopiteau has been Pluxee’s Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Leadership Team since 2023.

Stéphane began his career by founding his own communication agency in 1992, before being recruited by Arthur Andersen in 1994 as an auditor and consultant, eventually becoming partner in 2002.

From 2004 to 2008, he joined St Michel Biscuits as Head of Finance and Business Development, overseeing a period of strong growth.

In 2008, he joined DCNS (now Naval Group) as Chief Financial Officer at the time when Thales became a shareholder. In 2011, he was appointed Thales Group Deputy CFO and then SVP Performance and Business Services in 2013.

In 2015, Stéphane became Chief Financial & Legal Officer of Areva, leading the group’s financial and legal restructuring. In 2018, he took on the same role at Orano while overseeing digital transformation and IS/IT systems.

In late 2019, Stéphane joined insurance broker Siaci Saint-Honoré as Managing Director Finance. During his tenure, he secured the group’s return to performance and led the Diot-Siaci merger.

In 2022, he briefly held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Atos group.

Stéphane joined Pluxee in 2023, bringing his considerable experience of 30+ years guiding companies through periods of major change and preparing the group’s 2024 listing.

Stéphane is a graduate of HEC Paris, a French Certified Public Accountant, and an alumnus of the French Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defence. A French national, Stéphane speaks French and English.
